Au sein d’un complexe exceptionnel de plus de 12 hectares qui regroupe une Académie de tennis de renommée internationale, un hôtel 4 étoiles haut de gamme, un Country club premium dédié à la remise en forme et au bien-être, intégrez un univers unique au monde et évoluez au sein d’une équipe jeune, sportive et dynamique.

Nous recherchons dès janvier et pour une durée de 6 mois renouvelable un.e Stagiaire ADV pour la marque Mouratoglou Apparel, la collection de sportwear et accessoires de Patrick Mouratoglou.. Il/elle sera amenée à interagir avec le responsable coordinateur sur la gestion clients de la marque..

VOS MISSIONS STAGE ADV :

• Logistique : Gestion des stocks et vérification de la disponibilité des produits, les livraisons avec les prestataires (stockage, arrivages et réassorts).
• Planification et suivi des livraisons en lien avec les transporteurs
• Création et suivi de la facturation
• Enregistrement des commandes clients et des ouvertures de compte
• Suivi avec le service comptabilité pour la gestion des clients et les relances clients
• Suivi des livraison clients
• Traitement et résolution des litiges et le suivi du SAV pour les clients.
• Être en support sur l’organisation de différents évents (séminaire, UTS …)
• Gestion de la relation clients à travers différents canaux (téléphone, e-mail ou encore outils informatiques de type CRM ou EDI)
• Élaboration de tableaux de bord de suivi

Gestion du site e-commerce :

• Suivi de la facturation et de la livraison

VOTRE PROFIL :

• Maitriser les outils informatiques (office et gestion)
• Vous êtes doté d’une aisance orale et rédactionnelle et votre orthographe est irréprochable en français et en anglais.
• Vous avez un intérêt certain pour le milieu de la mode et du sportswear.
• Vous pratiquer un sport (tennis, padel …)
• Vous êtes rigoureux.se, organisé.e et dynamique.
• Vous aimez interpréter les chiffres et vous n’avez pas peur d’Excel

Become part of a young, sporty, and dynamic team. Starting in January for a period of 6 months, we are looking for an Intern in Sales Administration for Mouratoglou Apparel, Patrick Mouratoglou's sportswear and accessories collection. The intern will interact with the coordinating manager for client management of the brand.

YOUR MISSIONS AS SALES ADMINISTRATION INTERN:

● Logistics: Stock management and checking product availability, handling deliveries with providers (storage, arrivals, and restocking).

● Planning and tracking deliveries in connection with carriers.

● Creation and monitoring of invoicing.

● Recording client orders and account openings.

● Coordinating with the accounting department for client management and follow-ups.

● Tracking client deliveries.

● Handling and resolving disputes and managing after-sales service for clients.

● Support in organizing various events (seminars, UTS, etc.).

● Managing customer relations through different channels (phone, email, or IT tools like CRM or EDI).

● Developing performance dashboards.

● E-shop site management (Prestashop, Shopify…)

● Tracking invoicing and deliveries.

YOUR PROFILE:

● Proficient in IT tools (Office and management software).

● Excellent oral and written communication skills, impeccable spelling in French and English

● Strong interest in fashion and sportswear.

● Active in sports (tennis, padel, etc.).

● Rigorous, organized, and dynamic.

● Adept at interpreting numbers and not afraid of Excel.
